
No this is not some weird and wacky diet that tells you that you can eat a load of protein shakes and weight watches packs of foul tasting meals, no, this is just back to food basics 1.0
You need to increase your metabolic rate to reduce your weight. The more frequently you eat the better it will be for your metabolic rate. (providing it’s not donuts!!!)
Trying to stave your self and not eating enough will actually slow your metabolic rate down and it will be harder to lose weight.
When you diet think of your body acts like a bear going into hibernation for the winter. It think mmm… I may not get feed for a while as there was a big break of when I last got fed so I’ll slow down how I process my food so it’s lasts longer.

“this crazy kid is simply not eating enough to be able to survive, so I’m going to drop their metabolism, so they don’t burn as much during the day and can survive off this ridiculously small amount they are eating”.
Eating more frequently say 5-6 small meals a day is the way to go. This will tell your body that it needs to speed up the rate at which you body breaks food down and process it.
Approach exercise in the same fashion - it’s a good idea to do small physical activities that add up like making your bed even parking your car further away - so that you’ll have to walk home. Be sure to take the stairs instead of the elevator.
This in turn will speed up everything else in your body. Together with exercise you will have a sure fire formula to lose weight. Just make sure you eat correctly - remember moderation in everything.
Don’t lose interest in your exercise as your body will not react immediately to your new habit, it may take several months before you see the benefit, but stay with it - this is the only true sure way to losing weight the healthy and natural way.
